We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for our customers' convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and non-English versions, the English version always takes priority.
Offers are limited to one Offer per Player (one Offer per household address, shared computer, shared IP address, email address, telephone number, and payment method). Gs-Lottery lottery reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being a duplicate. If applicable, the original deposit made by the Player will not be confiscated, and only the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus will be forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated, active Bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of issue. Otherwise, both bonus funds and winnings associated with the relevant bonus will be forfeited.
The availability of bonuses on the Site for a particular player is based exclusively on their presence in the player’s profile. If a bonus is not intended for the player, it will not be displayed. Bonus offers may be received via email, SMS, or other communication. Bonuses not intended for a player — along with winnings from them — may be forfeited.
Real balance is used for bets first. Only when the player’s real balance equals zero will they start playing with bonus money.

Bonus amounts credited to a player's bonus account are subject to a maximum of fifty (x50) times wagering requirements before they are converted to your Cash Balance and can be withdrawn (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Significant Terms).

If you have decided not to participate in a promotion(s), but you’ve already opted in, you must contact Gs-Lottery lottery Customer Support and request cancellation of the bonus before placing any bets.
Unless otherwise stated, 10 EUR, INR 1000, USD 10, JPY 1500, NZD 10, AUD 10, TRY 200, CAD 10, NOK 100, PLN 50, HUF 4000 (or the equivalent in any other currency) is the minimum deposit to avail of promotions or bonuses.
You may not place any bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet size when using bonus money. The maximum bonus bet size is 5 EUR, INR 500, USD 5, JPY 750, NZD 5, AUD 5, TRY 100, CAD 5, NOK 50, PLN 25, HUF 2000 (or equivalent in any other currency) per bet/spin unless stated otherwise in specific bonus terms. Bets exceeding the maximum size may lead to bonus and winnings confiscation.
If you wish to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements after wagering with bonus money, you will forfeit your bonus winnings and bonus amount and opt out of the promotion.
Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from Deposit Funds in Your Player Account. Bonus Funds can only be withdrawn once converted into real money.
When playing an active bonus, your funds will be used in the following order: Funds required to trigger the bonus, Bonus funds, and any remaining funds.
You can withdraw your real money balance before fulfilling bonus wagering. Doing so will forfeit the bonus balance.
If you run out of deposit and bonus money before fulfilling wagering requirements, all remaining wagering requirements will be cleared.
After wagering requirements are met, the deposit funds, bonus money, and any winnings gained will become withdrawable as real money.

Closing the account

Sharing benefits between persons or groups
Wagering on excluded games
Collusion or organized betting
Software manipulation or exploiting loopholes
VPN usage or IP hiding
Delayed play of bonus rounds
Strategic play to exploit bugs or built-up game value

We may reclaim bonuses awarded in error.
We may amend an offer to correct errors or improve clarity. Offers may also be amended or terminated for legal or regulatory reasons.

If you failed to claim a deposit bonus and intend to play with it, you must contact Customer Support before placing any bets.
